Dijon Honey Vinaigrette

I put this on so many things, from salads, veggies to hard boiled eggs. You can play around with the measurements to make it sweeter some days or more astringent with the ACV.

To make the dressing

1 Tbsp dijon mustard

1 tsp honey

1 tsp ACV

2-3 Tbsp olive oil

S+P to taste

It's so light and easy to make. It pairs well with so many different foods and can be warmed up with cinnamon and nutmeg in the fall or a little spice in the summer with cayenne. You could throw in chopped fresh herbs.
